A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Peoria, Arizona (City) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to prepare a Design Concept Report (DCR) for streetscape improvements for the Old Town area that will support the City's efforts to create a historic downtown that is both a destination and point of pride for residents and visitors. The study area is situated along 83rd Avenue from Monroe Street to Grand Avenue. However, this study will also consider possible re-alignment of 83rd Avenue from Cotton Crossing to Monroe Street including a connection to Whitney Drive at Cotton Crossing. Additionally, work associated with the possible re-alignment of 83rd Avenue will look at intersection alternatives at both Monroe Street and Cotton Crossing.
