The study area is situated along 83rd Avenue from Monroe Street to Grand Avenue. However, this study will also consider possible re-alignment of 83rd Avenue from Cotton Crossing to Monroe Street including a connection to Whitney Drive at Cotton Crossing. Additionally, work associated with the possible re-alignment of 83rd Avenue will look at intersection alternatives at both Monroe Street and Cotton Crossing.
