Response Format Electronic Project Type RFP (Request for Proposal) Response Types Cost File Response File Type of Award Lump Sum Project Duration 4 - 6 months Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/19/2021 11:00 AM (PDT) WRCRWA is hiring a consultant to prepare design drawings and specifications and assist during demolition of the above dwellings. The following is an overall list of tasks that are intended to be the responsibility of the selected consultant. It is recommended that the consultant offer enhancement or additional tasks as needed to accomplish the goal of the project. Consultant to provide fully completed design drawings and specification so that the WRCRWA can advertise the project for public bid and hire a contractor. The bid documents and specifications must be in conformance with current WRCRWA standards. The consultant shall prepare 60% design and specifications and submit them to District for review. Incorporate review comments into 90% submittal. Fee Proposal Format: Fee estimate, including labor, sub consultants and projected reimbursable costs to be submitted in a separate electronic file (not included in the page count). Company standard schedule of charges to be included with the Fee estimate in the separate sealed envelope. The Consultant will be required to verify and defend that all information submitted as services rendered is accurate and current as part of their normal QA/QC process. All information generated as part of the Consultant or sub-consultant's work shall become part of WRCRWA's record of the project. Corrections or revisions to the report and other documents prepared by the consultant are anticipated and shall be considered as part of the normal process. No extension of time or additional fees shall be allowed for corrections as described herein. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
