Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Manitowaning, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work generally consists of four phases as outlined below: Phase A: Construction of the gatehouse (B01), roads and parking lots, septic system, site services, RV water fill station, and RV septic dump. Phase B: Roads, eight (8) pull-through campsites, two (2) sheltered accommodation sites, two (2) privies, and conduit for future electrical hook ups. Phase C: Roads, ten (10) campsites, and two (2) privies. Phase D: Roads and fourteen (14) campsites. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
