Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Graham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Requests for clarification are due Friday, September 24, 2021 4:00:00 PM [(UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)]. As of August 25th this project has been cancelled. Please contact Andrew Robson for more information. Provide and install new access doors with work including demolition and removal of existing doors and frames; provide and install new access doors and frames, operating and locking equipment, rough carpentry and finish work. Provide and install new roll-up vehicular doors including demolition and removal of existing doors tracks and hardware, new door installation with tracks and operating hardware, automatic openers with controls, and finish work. Provide and install new automatic door closers with work including removing existing closers, installing new closers with ADA compliant access controls, carpentry, painting, electrical and finish work. Remove existing openers. Install eight (8) Automatic Door Openers at North and South Restrooms, including activation push/plate buttons, door swing operator, electric strikes, programmer and all necessary incidentals to provide a complete and working door system. Remove existing manual closures to be used on other doors. PROJECT SITE LOCATION : 21718 Meridian Ave E, Graham, WA 98338. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $80,000.00 COMPLETION TIME- 45 Calendar Days ; PROJECT ESTIMATE- $80,000.00, not including WSST
