Pursuant to RCW 39.80.040, Graham Fire & Rescue (the District) encourages all qualified architectural firms, companies or individuals engaged in the lawful practice of their profession to submit a statement of their qualifications to the District at 23014 70th AVE E, Graham, WA 98338, Attn: Todd Jensen. The District will evaluate the information on file and interview one or more regarding a possible contract for professional services. This is a request for the general provision of architectural services to facilitate / complete capital-facilities planning. The District will contract with a qualified firm, or firms, companies or individual under the criteria established by the District, which include but are not limited to: level of experience and responsibility, reputation, references from past municipal or private clients, the firm, familiarity with development of public and private projects in Pierce County, past dealings with Pierce County Planning and Land Services and experience with county regulations related to site development, wetlands, development engineering, and Pierce County Comprehensive plan. Minority and women-owned firms, companies or individuals and veteran-owned firms, companies and individuals are also invited to submit their information. Any contract awarded pursuant to this RFQ shall not be construed as requiring the District to further contract with the selected firm or individual after the expiration of the capital-facilities planning contract.
