Site work and new construction of a residential development in Daleville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The scope of the work will include drywall, trim, windows, doors, flooring, insulation, plumbing fixtures, electrical, paint, and ductwork cleaning. Proposals shall be submitted on forms included in the specifications or copies thereof and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Daleville Housing Authority. All bidders must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama 1975. Licensing required by local municipalities shall be obtained prior to the execution of construction contract. Bidders must include with their bid the Proposal Form, Bid Bond, Representations, Certificates and other Statements of Bidders, Non-Collusive Affidavit, Previous Participation Certification and Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, E-Verify Affidavit, each signed by the Bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for bid opening. The accepted bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, both in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The cost of the bonds shall be included in the proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. The undersigned agrees that if awarded a contract for the work under this proposal, to complete all work in accordance with the Contract Documents within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days The Performance Bond shall extend as a Maintenance Bond for one year after acceptance of the work as a guarantee that any defects which may develop during that time will be corrected.
