Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Public Works Department - Road and Bridge, is soliciting bids from the list of eight (8) pre-qualified contractors under bid B-5-21-32, see Attachment A - B-5-21-32 Notice of Award to provide Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) installation at Poinsetta Street, Port St. John (Cocoa), FL 32927. Any party may obtain the bid documents, but only bids from the pre-approved contractors will be considered. No later than 11/15//2021. Any extension of time is at the discretion of the County and will only be granted in writing. The County is requesting C.I.P.P. installation for the pipe on the south side of the Poinsetta St. Below are the approximate pipe sizes and measurements for Poinsetta St; however, the information below will need to be verified by the Contractors. Approx. 998 feet of 24 ACCMP (Please note pipe sizes are estimates only.) Contractors should evaluate the project and determine what costs they are going to encounter and include that cost in the lump sum price. It is the Contractors responsibility to verify all pipe sizes and linear feet as well as all other costs associated with completing the project. This project will be awarded based on lump sum pricing, to be completed on the Price Sheet, page 22 of the Invitation to Bid. The lump sum bid price will include all costs, as applicable, to complete the project, including but not limited to: Pipe lining variances, cleaning, mobilization, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), dewatering, specialty cleaning, root removal and any other costs necessary to complete the project.
