Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting has changed and is now August 2, 2021 @ 9:00 a.m. onsite @ 9:00 a.m. onsite at 62 Cheyenne Ct., Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32939. PURPOSE Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Utility Services Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide for a Lift Station S-16 Upgrade. Location: 62 Cheyenne Ct., Indian Harbour Beach, Florida 32937 DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION: 30 days from the Notice to Proceed (NPT) Substantial Completion 30 days from Notice to Proceed. Final Completion 30 Days from Substantial Completion. Awarded Contractor shall Furnish and Install the following: 1. Pre-Construction Video. 2. By-pass pumping with 24 hr. monitoring as needed. 3. If possible, chip out floor level and Install new concrete floor in wet well. 4. Replace the discharge lines in the wet well, all wet well piping to be 6" welded HDPE from the 4" base elbows to the existing above ground assembly. 5. Install a new 4" x 6" concentric fitting on base 90. 6. Install new Flygt base elbows and guide rails with brackets. (316L stainless steel pipe supports in wet well.) 7. Install new stainless-steel base plates. 8. Install Concrete pad under valve assembly (minimum 6" thick). Dimensions 8' x 6' x 6". 9. Replace concrete pad between control panel and wet well lid. (Minimum 6" Thick) 10. Install new wet well lid with County approved safety hatch. 11. Repair as needed and line the 6' x 17' 6" wet well with either Raven or Mainstay (Spark Test Documentation Required). 12. As-builts & Project Documents Required
