*The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Klamath County School District (the "District") is accepting sealed proposals from licensed Engineering firms to provide engineering services for the seismic rehabilitation of Brixner Junior High School in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Interested firms which specialize in the provision of these services are invited to submit Proposals to accomplish the Scope of Work defined within this invitation. The required services include all engineering, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design services, bidding, construction administration, construction management, and project close-out for the seismic rehabilitation of Brixner Junior High School. The intent of the District is to award a single contract for this project to one firm. The District anticipates utilizing a CM/GC for the construction process. The District will not consider proposals received after closing. The content of the proposals submitted will remain confidential in nature until an award has been made to the selected firm. The District reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject for good cause, all responses upon finding by the District that it is in the public interest to do so.
