Renovation of a water / sewer project in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The County of Kane is accepting bids from experienced & qualified vendors to provide all materials, equipment & labor for the Ogden Gardens Water Storage Tank & Building Project. This project is owned and operated by the Ogden Garden's Water Trust (2). Kane County Water Resources and Office of Community Reinvestment are providing resources to the Water Trust for technical assistance and grant funding. The project is located in Aurora Township, north of East New York Street & south of Liberty Street on Oakview. This contracting opportunity has been made possible, in part, by the Kane County Board, through its Office of Community Reinvestment, with federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Section 3 Businesses and Minority/Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid on this project. Federal prevailing wage requirements apply to this contract. All work on this project is to be completed 90 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
