The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract. All questions should be received by the purchasing division by 4 pm Friday August 26, 2022 so that an addendum can be issued Monday August 29, 2022 if required. All questions received after Friday will not be addressed. The City reserves the right to make such changes in the plans and in the character of the work as may be necessary or desirable to ensure completion in the most satisfactory manner, provided such changes do not materially alter the original plans and specifications.
