Awarded to Wyles Construction Inc. The City of Hot Springs is accepting bids for an Annual Contract for Road Boring for our Water and Wastewater Divisions. Service will be on an as-needed basis. Boring could be on city streets, county roads, and state highways. Boring will be within the Hot Springs Municipal Utilities Service area. Contract may be extended for four (4) additional 12-month terms upon mutual agreement by city and vendor.
