Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Caledonia, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Parks Canada (PCA) requires Construction services supported by professionals for trail network upgrades, and upgrades to site infrastructure within Kejimkujik National Park Seaside (KNPS) that will be managed by Parks Canada. Trail work will involve upgrades to the existing trail network to make it climate-change adaptable, and sustainable. Also as part of this project, Parks Canada requires the development of a multi-phased, long term master plan for the site. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $ 500,000 , Taxes extra. Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than March 31, 2022 .
