Perform the rehabilitation of Glencoe Well Sites No. 2 and No. 3. This project consists of the following: Demolition of the existing well house, concrete slab, and discharge assembly at Well Sites No. 2 and No. 3. The existing well head and concrete pedestals are to remain. Furnish and install new discharge assembly to the existing well heads, which includes an air release valve, swing check valve with limit switch, isolation valve, pressure gauge, sample taps, and reinstallation of the salvaged flow meters. Furnish and install electric supply and control panel (reinstallation of existing VFD). Site work including fencing and site restoration. Furnish all materials, equipment, transportation, tools and labor, unless otherwise specified, to construct fencing and other appurtenances, and all items called for or that could reasonably be inferred from the drawings, including fabric, posts, frame, bracing, gates and all accessories for a complete job ready to operate. If any items for a complete job are omitted or not shown, the Contractor shall furnish and install the same without cost to the Owner. For projects that require fence to be removed and replaced, the intent is to reinstall removed fence. Where fence has been damaged or cannot be reused, replace with new fence meeting these specifications and matching the height, color of fabric, and accessories (such as barbed wire attachments) as the existing fence.
