The County of Volusia, Community Assistance is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of ARPA Rehabilitation Housing Repair Program (Project # 3.A) located at 102 Hickory St., New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications. Term: Total contract time: Through October 1, 2024 This is a third attempt to secure bids for three (3) projects in New Smyrna Beach. The first attempt was through 22-B-131TF and the second was through 23-B-64TF Question Deadline 10/18/2023 at 11:59 PM ET The posting of answers through the County's eProcurement Portal is the only official method by which interpretation, clarification, or additional information can be given.
