Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Summary Existing Beach Access Structures were damaged during Hurricane Dorian. This project will replace those damaged structures and will utilize a hazard mitigation design using flow through decking. This project has two locations, the first being the stairway access and ADA ramp access for Mary McLeod Bethune Park and the second location being the Kingfish Avenue Public ADA Access and Beach Safety equipment ramp access to Bethune Beach. Question Submission Deadline:December 7, 2023, 11:59pm The County of Volusia, Public Works Department, Coastal Division is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Kingfish Avenue and Bethune Beach Park Beach Access Structure Modifications located at Kingfish Avenue Beach Access and Bethune Beach Park Beach Access Structure Modifications in New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $423,800.00
