SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of constructing a new access road into the Trenton Industrial Park south of Kennel Road and just west of Pierson Road in the City of Trenton, Ohio. Work includes grading, storm sewer, drainage basin, public water main extensions, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, striping, restoration and other associated roadway-related items for 1,660 feet of new road. THE ABOVE IMPROVEMENT shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Trenton reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Trenton reserves the right to add to or to subtract from the contract quantities. The City of Trenton also reserves the right to hold all proposals for sixty (60) days.
