County: Salt Lake This Project Requires Using the Electronic Certified Payroll Program. See Attachment to Notice to Contractors. This Is a P+t (Price + Time) Project. Wage Rates : Apply Engineer's Estimate: Less than or equal to $500K The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): HMA - 1/2 inch Traffic Control Remove Asphalt Pavement The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid. Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
