Replacement of the existing welding fume exhaust system located outside the T Building located at Palomar Community College's San Marcos campus including all associated electrical and ductwork modifications and supports. Also included is the removal of the outdoor yard asphalt floor and replacement with concrete along with the removal of the old exhaust system and its associated foundations, supports and MEP connections/systems which will not be reused. Estimated Project Cost: $400K Estimated Start Date: September 21, 2021 Completion of Work: January 28 th , 2022 Prequalification Required: Contractors bidding on this scope must be prequalified by Palomar College. Any bid submitted by a Bidder who is not prequalified with Palomar College shall be considered a non-responsive bid.
