Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in San Marcos, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Final 2018 Water, Wastewater, and Recycled Water Master Plan (Master Plan) identifies five new proposed outfall subprojects to consolidate the various improvement needs by outfall segment. This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the project, the requested scope of services, the proposal submittal requirements, and the Consultant selection process. Failure to submit the information in accordance with the requirements of the RFP and its associated procedures may be a cause for disqualification. All questions related to this RFP should be submitted in writing and emailed to Violletta McDaniel, vmcdaniel@vwd.org. Deadline for questions shall be 5:00 PM on Monday, February 05, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
