The Engineers Estimate for the Work is Sixty-Three Million, Four Hundred Sixty-One Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty Dollars ($63,461,930) The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority ("MDX" or "Authority") is requesting individual sealed Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") in response to this Request for Statement of Qualifications ("RSOQ") from Design-Build Firms with the necessary qualifications, expertise and resources to provide the required Design-Build Services ("Work") for the SR 836 New HEFT Ramp Connections ("Project"). The purpose of the Solicitation Documents is to provide the Proposer with guidelines and rules of engagement in order to maintain a transparent and competitive process.
