Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Restoration of the South and North walkup stairs at Lions Outdoor Pool building to include resurfacing of two exterior stairwells (north and south) with concrete. The stair landings will receive tactile attention indicator plates and stair nosings will receive slip-resistant strips on step edges. Preparation of the stairwell walls will include wall tuckpointing and cement parging. Downspouts will be redirected to the driveway catch basins to the street. All labour and materials to complete the work as shown on the design drawings is to be included. Documents are available at: https://oakville.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
