As of February 18, 2022, a engineer has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference For RFP Engineering - Consulting Engineering Services for Municipal Stormwater Infrastructure Projects The Clarion Borough Stormwater Authority (CBSA) is seeking proposals from qualified Consulting Engineers familiar with the design and engineering of municipal stormwater infrastructure projects, capital improvements planning, authority budgeting, applicable local, state and federal stormwater regulations and stormwater project financing, including state and federal grant / loan programs. The goal of this Request for Proposals process is to retain the services of a qualified Consulting Engineer to assist the authority with implementing various stormwater projects within Clarion Borough. The successful proposal selected as the Consulting Engineer for CBSA shall serve at the pleasure of the Clarion Borough Stormwater Authority board and shall be a professional engineer registered as such in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Engineering consultants will be expected to work collaboratively with staff from Clarion Borough, members of the Clarion Borough Council, and other consulting firms retained by the authority.
