Description

Renovation of a library in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Work included under this Project consists of approximately 30,000 square feet of roof replacement at the PennWest Clarion, Carlson Library. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the roof system, partial or full removal of the insulation, and replacement of damaged or deteriorated insulation. Provide insulation, EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 20-year warranty. Alternate bids include roof areas added to the scope of work and EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education and the University.
