Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids are for the following contract for work at the Riverview Intermediate Unit #6. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bid. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, Security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention to bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 A.M. on June 25, 2024. No bidder is permitted to request documents after June 18, 2024
