Site work for an educational facility in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Bids are for Retaining Wall Reinforcement at the High School for the Clarion Area School District. PROJECT NO. 039- 2024A Clarion Area School District-High School Retaining Wall Reinforcing. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Scope of Work and Specifications prepared by Amos E. Rudolph, Architecture, LLC 3049 State Route 257, Seneca, PA 16346. The Scope of work and Project Manual is available via email for review. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder is permitted to request documents after September 19, 2024 and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 9:00 A.M. on September 24, 2024. Bids shall be addressed to the Clarion Area School District, 221 Liberty Street, Clarion, PA 16214. The bid envelope must be SEALED and clearly m a r k e d " B I D DOCUMENTS FOR PROJECT NO. 039- 2024A DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2:30 P.M. ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2024. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bid.
