Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Medicine Lake, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
REHAB OBSERV TOWER MEDICINE LAKE NWR MT- Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to rehabilitate of the observation tower, which was built in 1936, with particular attention to the stairs, landings, guardrails and observation cab. This project will bring the tower up to current building codes and better serve the safety of the public by replacing wood treads, landings and guardrail, and will repair the concrete piers. This tower is used for wildlife observation. This historic observation tower is approximately 484 SQR FT and 100 feet tall with an occupancy classification of U, Utility, and be constructed/rehabilitated under the 2018 IBC. Contractor will furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and supervision to rehabilitate of the observation tower, MEDICINE LAKE NWR MT. GENERAL INFORMATION: The magnitude of the project is $250,000 and $500,000 with a budget towards the middle range of the magnitude. The total performance period is 180 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. The project is offered as a Total Small Business set-aside, NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $ 39.5 million.
