The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking Requests for Proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) firms for the construction of the 2025 Terminal Project. The City of Billings will use a competitive, qualification and price-based procurement process to select and enter into a GC/CM contract with a Construction firm. This project is expected to be funded with Department of Transportation (DOT) - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grant funds, Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) funds, and other funds.
