**As of 12/9/2021 Gemini Services of The Costal Bend, LLC award amount $ 225,904.30 Major items of work include the following: The project consists of removing and replacing Light Pole Bases, Poles, Fixtures, Lamps, Duplex Outlets, Electrical Wiring, Conduits, Electrical Wheel Timer, Electrical Ballasts, and Fixture Wiring Assemblies in accordance with the contract documents, technical specifications, and plans. If mailed, an additional separate non-refundable fee of $20.00 will be required from all prospective bidders or suppliers to cover shipping and handling charges. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Town of Refugio, Texas, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
