General Services Department of Kansas City, Missouri is soliciting Design Build services and will receive sealed Technical Approach and Price Submittals for Project Number 89008896-Intersection Improvements - FY22 - Citywide Vision Zero City desires that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The goals for this specific Project are (15%) MBE participation and (10%) WBE participation. The goal of this project is to improve 6 intersections (tentaively) listed below to improve safety
