*As of December 7 , 2021, The owner has selected a design builder. The County is inviting Proposals from Bidders for the design and construction of the West County Re-entry, Treatment and Housing Project (WRTH). The scope and needs of the Project include design and construction services as defined by Document 011110 (Summary of Work) and Document 011114 (Summary of Work - Design Services and Deliverables), as well as the Bridging Documents which set forth more completely the Project information necessary to describe the County's Project requirements. Work Included: Provide materials, labor, and services necessary for the safe, orderly, professional and complete installation, including operational verification, of six (6) MRL gearless traction elevators as shown and specified. Where a component, device, system or part of the equipment is referred to in the singular, such reference shall not limit the quantity furnished and shall apply to any and all of such devices or parts as may be required for a complete installation. Last day to submit RFI’s: Monday, October 25, 2021. Proposer Presentations: Thursday, November 18, 2021 Last day to issue Addenda: Tuesday, November 2, 2021
