Through this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the Town of Okotoks (the "Town") invites Proposals from suitability experienced companies, interested in performing headworks upgrades (including civil, structural and architectural works) at the Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant, as part of the plant's continuing phase 2 upgrades. Full details of the Work required is provided in the RFP Documents. A summary of the Work is as follows: Location: The Place of the Work is the Okotoks Wastewater Treatment Plant (OWWTP), located at 200-1118 North Railway Street, Okotoks, AB, as shown on the Contract Drawings. Work Summary: A full description of the Work is provided in Division 1. The Work to be performed by the Contractor shall include: Existing utility relocations / removals and new utility installations Construction of a new Screening Building and Grit Building including asphalt removal, excavation, dewatering, shorting, building foundations / channels / walls / roofs and tie-ins to existing buildings. Process installations (gates, piping, etc.) Grading and site restoration.
