Renovation of an educational facility in Okotoks, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Both boilers shall be direct vented to the outside. New boiler venting shall be double walled stainless steel. Both existing boiler pads to be merged into one large pad to accommodate both boilers, HWT, and expansion tank. (Site visit to confirm if this is feasible) System Pumps P-1 & P-2 are to be removed & replaced with new pumps including remote variable frequency drives. The existing pumps shall be salvaged in the event new pumps are delayed.
