Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of providing all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing ambulatory ramps with truncated detectable domes, removal and placement of Portland Cement concrete ("PCC") sidewalk, asphalt concrete patching, saw-cutting and any other related construction as required in the Specifications. All work shall be completed within 58 work days including punch list items and final clean-up. Contractor is advised that the concrete panels that are identified in this contract for removal and replacement are not continuous. There will be numerous separate panels as small as 25 square feet that are included in this contract and are located in the 2021 Safety Sidewalk District. Additional work may be identified and performed under this Request for Bid over a period of three (3) fiscal years upon mutual agreement between the City and successful bidder. This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The City encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to bid.
