The Project consists of the following major elements: Installation of a 1 MG ground storage water tank and 1,650 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main, with associated incidentals and appurtenances. Bidders must be listed on Engineer's list of planholders who have purchased the Contract Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. Engineer shall be provided with the following information: mailing address for U.S. Postal Service, physical delivery address, telephone number, FAX number, email address, and name of contact person. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest if the Owner and to re-advertise the project as necessary.
