Site work for a water / sewer project in Loudon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing a 1MG ground storage tank at the existing Matlock Bend Tank site. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertise. The Project consists of constructing a 1MG ground storage tank at the existing Matlock Bend Tank site. Work includes site grading, fence replacement, tank construction, associated piping, altitude valve replacement, and SCADA improvements. The Project also includes furnishing and installing an additional pump within the existing Roberson Booster Pump Station, associated piping and electrical work, and SCADA improvements. The work will be awarded in one Contract. The Work will be substantially completed within 430 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 460 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Questions and other inquiries shall be submitted to the Issuing office, Attention: Luke Burris, luke.burris@bargedesign.com All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.
