PROJECT NUMBER: CCA-21-22-PAAC-00764 The Work of this Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all supervision, material, equipment, tools and labor for asphalt pavement construction of employee parking lots; concrete pavement construction of site perimeter and access ramp; exterior lighting upgrades; construction of new segmental retaining wall; installation of new diesel and gasoline storage tanks including pumps and dispensers and removal of existing; and miscellaneous site improvements including but not limited to site drainage, sidewalk, fencing, parking lot lighting and traffic control.
