For General Construction it is awarded to Mosites Construction Company with $8,987,222.00, for HVAC Construction to SSM Industries, Inc. with $596,000.00, Plumbing Construction to Wheels Mechanical Contracting & Supplier, Inc. with $688,000.00 and Electrical Construction to Allegheny City Electric, Inc. with $1,856,500.00. Total awarded amount is $12,127,722.00. The Work of this Project includes, but is not limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the SCOPE OF WORK HERE. 1. Replacement of an existing paint booth and the addition of a separate paint mixing booth. 2. Upgrades to the existing service lanes including overhead lube and utility reels, installation of two new cyclone vacuum systems, replacement of the two-lane bus wash system (including waster reclaim system), construction of new farebox repair shop, bathroom, and storage room. 3. Upgrades to the vehicle exhaust system and addition of a vehicle lift in the HVAC shop. 4. Exterior window and door replacements. 5. Replacement of an existing Sand Blaster in Equipment Room 141. 6.
