A training building, which will be mostly prefabricated, has been purchased with a delivery date of summer 2022. _____________________________________ The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified, licensed and experienced professionals to perform architecture services for the Bentonville Fire Training Facility Project, for the Bentonville Fire Department. Services will include but not be limited to: approval of building design package from a third party, which will include large-scale design submittal to the City for departmental review, as necessary and including, but not limited to 30%, 60% and 90% cost reviews with the City's construction management consultant (to be contracted with by the City), final construction documentation and specifications including furniture, fixture and equipment plans, and post bid and construction administration services through project close-out.
