One (1) Year Contract For The Supply Of Miscellaneous Pipeline Maintenance Items On An As Needed Basis For The Jefferson Parish Department Of Drainage All awards in excess of $25,000.00 will require both a performance and a payment bond. Unless otherwise stated in the bid specifications, the performance bond requirements shall be 100% of the contract price. Unless otherwise state in the bid specifications, the payment bond requirements shall be 100% of the contract price. A bid bond will be required with bid submission in the amount of 5% of the total bid, unless otherwise stated in the bid specifications Bidders should submit all questions in writing via email to the buyer email address as indicated above, no later than Five (5) working days prior to the bid opening
