Roster RFSQ No.: 3907-19-5003 The work shall include the following: FIELD 1 ONLY: - Removals of existing lighting systems, inlc. poles, lights, wiring - Supply and install of new lights, poles, wiring, controls - Modification to existing distribution to accommodate new lighting It is understood that time is of the essence and we agree to: .1 commence work by September 6, 2022 .2 complete the work by December 9, 2022 Description: 1. The tender includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of new sports field lighting system at Keelesdale Park North and South sports fields including lighting equipment, conduits, wiring and controls generally as detailed on the Contract Drawings. 2. The Contractor is advised that the overall commitment and completion requirements of this Contract are demanding in order to meet the implementation needs of the various project situations which may arise. 3. The Contractor will be required to organize and permit the facilitation of any number of construction tasks at any given time within the lead time requirements of the Contract This project is being bid by invitation only.
