Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

As of Sept. 16, 2021. Project was not awarded yet. No definite date yet for award City desires that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The goals for this specific Project are (14%) MBE participation and (12%) WBE participation. This contract is scheduled to start construction first week of November, 2021. 1. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall begin on the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed issued by the Director of Public Works, and the Work shall be substantially complete, in accordance with Paragraph 14.04, within 220 Calendar Days thereafter. Once the Work starts, CONTRACTOR shall continuously pursue completion of the Work. 2. The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 within 30 Calendar Days after the date of Substantial Completion of the Work. A. CONTRACTOR shall furnish Performance and Maintenance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price
