The following report provides a noise modeling assessment of the proposed water well drilling operations at the Capitol Hill Pump Station well site to be operated by Denver Water in relation to the City and County of Denver noise standards. The Capitol Hill Pump Station well site (39.732217, -104.955018) is located next to the Congress Park Reservoir and adjacent to the the intersection of 10th Avenue and Detroit Street in Denver, Colorado and is shown below in Figure 1-1 Demonstration of good faith effort to meet the Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) goal of 5 percent for this project. The proposed Capitol Hill Pump Station well site is located within Congress Park and is directly west of the Congress Park Reservoir in the City of Denver, Colorado.
