Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of replacing the existing windows and wood sill on the west side, on the main floor, and refurbishment of the glazing for the rest of the building's exterior windows as per specifications and drawings prepared by SEPW Architecture Inc. TIMELINE: Tender from general contractors was subsequently cancelled by the owner as bid submissions came significantly higher than the project budget. Timelines for re-tender are unknown at this time. Project may be updated in the future, if/when it's been approved bid for construction. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
