Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of: Excavating 5,021 cubic yards of material and placing in HESCO barriers, installing 4,799 square yards geogrid and 9,167 square yards of non-woven geotextile, installing 3,250 cubic yards of crushed base course, installing 867 lineal feet of storm drain and culvert pipe, vegetative restoration, and 1,016 square feet of concrete sidewalk. The Work shall be substantially complete within 40 working days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions. Final completion ofthe Work shall be within 15working days afterthe date of Substantial Completion.
