Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of: Demolition of existing tennis courts and fencing, earthwork, sidewalk, post tension concrete tennis courts, and fencing. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER.
