Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 6,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be completed under this contract consists of but is not limited to: Interior remodel of approximately 6,000 SF of interior space and related expansion of the existing parking lot. CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR'S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the Department of Labor and Industry, P.O. Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Yellowstone County and the state of Montana. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "City of Billings, MT" in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids submitted via email shall have the bid bond scanned and included with the bid. Bids submitted via mail or hand delivered shall have any of the bid securities included. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which is 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, November 21, 2023. New construction will include patching slab with new concrete slabs, interior partition construction; floor, wall and ceiling finishes; doors and hardware; casework; toilet and locker room specialties; and toilet room accessories and partitions and other work as indicated. Building Envelope improvements selected partial window replacement at west facade, and an allowance for the inspection of, and repairt to roof membrane, flashings and roof drains. Site Improvement include expansion of parking to the west of the building to add spaces, and related sidewalks and accessibility improvements.
