he Region is inviting Proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide the Services with respect to the Project as described in Schedule A - Scope of Work. The Services include, but are not limited to, undertaking a Condition Assessment, Inspection and Feasibility Study for the 900mm Newmarket Forcemain Rehabilitation. MEETING: Bidders are invited to attend a non mandatory information meeting that will be held on site on November 12th at 9:30 am. York Region representatives and Proponents will meet at the Newmarket Sewage Pumping Station, located at 360 Bayview Parkway, Newmarket, ON. Attendance must be confirmed via email to joy.bello@york.ca or access will be denied. No questions shall be asked or answered during the site visit. Each representative must complete the following online screening form prior to the site visit. Visitors will be asked to show proof of your COVID-19 screening form and business identification to site staff in order to enter the site.
