A general and not necessarily complete or exact description of the work is as follows: The purpose of this RFPQ is to develop a roster of pre-qualified consulting firms to complete site coordination and inspection services on the Regions road construction projects for the period of three years. The Selected Respondents will be eligible to participate in the subsequent Stage II processes. A Response will only be considered to have been submitted once it has been received by the Region in its website, regardless of when the Response was submitted by the Respondent. Respondents will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Region's website once they have successfully submitted their Bid.
